Error 32:21

Powers on but then an error of '32:21' is received and it asks to reinsert the cassette. When the tray is ejected, it stays open and you secure another error asking to reconnect the power supplt. Must unplug it completely, let it sit and full recharge again to turn it on and have the tray close again. Same thing happens every time.
