More information about vintage smocked elegant baby dress.

This dress is just so precious! It has been packed away for such a long time but now looking for a newly-released home. It has been freshly washed. It is missing the middle button in the back of the dress. I feel it may be handmade as I can not find a tag. The front of the dress has sweet little birds embroidered on it. The sleeves have petite elastic but not much elasticity left. I feel this dress may be from the 60's or 70's but I'm not 100% not sure. The smocking at the top with the delicate lace is so attractive.
I do not see any stains or tears on the dress at every. simply the missing button. From the top shoulder seam to the bottom of the dress measures about 12.5 inches.
The dress is from a smoke and pet at no charge home. Have a magnificent day.
