Vintage 1998 Pikachu Tree Stump Clock

For sale is a pretty rare Pikachu Tree Stump Clock made in 1998. I couldn't figure out what company made it, but it was imported from Japan at some point. The clock, for whatever reason, no longer keeps time like it should. After a little while, the minute and hour hands just stop moving.
