This is a kimono with an auspicious Seigaiha (blue ocean wave) pattern.
The hakake (lining of the hem) also features the Seigaiha pattern, which is lovely.

About the Seigaiha pattern:
It represents a wish for eternal happiness and a peaceful life.

The color is closest to the third image.
It would look fabulous paired with an obi of a similar color or a contrasting, darker color.

There are assorted fold wrinkles, but they can be removed by using a pressing cloth and a steam iron.

I couldn't find any damage, but there may be certain overlooked.
