Weighs 1.5 ounces.In excellent condition for its age, there are no tears or fraying on the lining. The mother-of-pearl is bright and has a lovely play of light. The clasps and hinges work well. There is some patina on the metal, including the clasp inside. It has been kept in its original paper box, lined with natural cotton.
