This stethoscope is about a year old it’s the Littmann Cardiology IV. I’ve added the Eko enhancement to it. I upgraded to a fresh stethoscope that I got as a present and no need for two of them. I paid over $200 just for the stethoscope itself and the eko was over $150. Please send reasonable offers, I will not respond to low ballers. Also stethoscope is engraved with my name as it was a gift but that can be covered easily.
