The box has one small scuff at the extremely top left part of the box. You will barely notice it when looking at the box.
The game itself is BRAND recent. The pieces have not been pushed out of the original cardboard slots. A couple fell out randomly when I took it out to grab a few pictures but I tossed them in the box with the rest of the plastic pieces. The game is entire there and in brand new condition.
