Vtg 70s 1975~Saint St. Alphonsus Hospital Letter Opener~Red~Gold Tone w/Sheath Case~Boise, Idaho. Please see photos to better understand the cosmetic condition. The 1975 date was one year before the hospital was destroyed by arson. The letter opener is 7 1/8 long and 1 1/2 wide.
